Shipping Information
Shipping is free on orders over $300. Shipping rates vary from one state to the next. Our standard, priority shipping through the US Postal Service is $5.00, including delivery confirmation, however depending on the location and size of your order that may vary. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation. Our normal delivery time is 3-5 business days after shipping. Expedited service is available if you require your purchase sooner than 3-5 business days. Express and overnight delivery via USPS or Fedex can be requested for additional charge based on the current rates. If you are outside of the US, we would be happy to ship abroad to you, please contact us to discuss rates and the best form of shipping for you at 240-603-8913.
Please allow 10-14 days for all deliveries. Maryland state sales tax 6% will be added to orders being shipped to addresses in Maryland.
TMG ships using USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All packages are insured. If you wish your shipment to be expedited, please contact us at info@taylormadegems.com.
Payment
TMG accepts payments via PayPal, VISA, American Express and Mastercard. Any orders paid for by eCheck will not be shipped until the check clears, which usually takes 4 business days.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at info@taylormadegems.com. You may cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after it has been placed, provided that we have not begun processing it.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within seven (7) days of your receipt of order for an exchange or refund of the cost of your order, not including shipping. To exchange an item or request a refund, please contact us at info@taylormadegems.com within 7 days of your receipt of your order, and include your PayPal invoice number. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the exchange or refund will be processed. You must insure all returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns issued by check only.
In the event that any item becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 7 days of your receipt of the item. After 7 days, we will repair your jewelry for reasonable materials and shipping fees.
Care of Jewelry
Like all sterling silver or vermeil, our jewelry will tarnish over time. Store your jewelry is a closed area, hanging jewelry in the air will expedite the tarnishing process. To restore the finish simply polish the silver with a polishing cloth.
Privacy Policy
We promise to protect your privacy, therefore, any contact information submitted to TaylorMade Gems will not be shared, sold or distributed to any third party.
Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Mastercard and Visa. If you are paying via check or money order your order will not be processed and shipped until we receive your check or money order in the mail and your check has been cleared.
